Water Pairings

You can add the One World touch to every last detail of your wedding—right down to the water! Whether it’s pre-set before the meal in beautiful goblets offered at the bar or from self-serve stations, the H2O served at your wedding should enhance the flavor and appearance of the meal. Our One World water infusions are based on natural flavors, highlighting the bounty of nature. We add no sugar or added colorings.

Some of the recent water pairings we have done include a basil-infused water at an Italian wedding, which complimented an appetizer of bruschetta. For a Mexican wedding, we served a cilantro-lime water paired with an appetizer of ceviche. At a French-themed wedding, we created a lemon-thyme infused water to enhance an herbs de Provence encrusted fish. At a Japanese wedding, cucumber-shizo leaf water shooters were served with a sashimi amuse bouche. For an Indian wedding, we created a ginger-water to enhance a mango sorbet dessert.

Each water glass is garnished beautifully with the main ingredient. For a truly elegant touch, create herb-infused ice cubes that look elegant in glass goblets and time-release a world of flavor. For multi-course meals, offer a variety of flavored waters to go with each course.

Infusing water is a simple process. For highly flavored water, steep your flavors overnight. For mild, subtle flavors add your natural flavorings a few hours before guests are served.
